Vibrating screens

HUCKBOLT connection technology significantly improves the operational performance of screens, which can also be manufactured using high-strength screws as fasteners. In addition to traditional steel springs, ROSTA-type steel-rubber oscillating suspensions can be used for sieve supports upon customer request. All screens can be equipped with belt drives, which allow for optimal movement parameters to be selected depending on the process requirements.

PWP type rectilinear vibrating screens

PWP type rectilinear vibrating screens

Single- and double-deck PWP vibrating screens are designed for classifying aggregates and other bulk materials in dry and wet processes, as well as for dewatering, desludging, flushing, etc. The screens are equipped with inertial drives (WB) mounted in the sieve walls. The vibrating counter-rotating unbalanced masses of the drives generate centrifugal forces that cancel or add up at specific positions, inducing harmonic motion with a linear trajectory of the elastically supported sieve.

WPB and WK type vibrating screens

WPB and WK type vibrating screens

Single-, double-, and triple-deck WPB and WK vibrating screens are designed for the preliminary and final classification of aggregates and other medium- and fine-grained materials. The screen's elastically supported sieve performs a free, circular, oscillating motion, driven by an inertial drive. The drive is a shaft with unbalanced masses, mounted in the sieve walls, and connected to an electric motor via a flexible coupling.

PWE vibrating screens – single, double, and triple-deck – are designed for classifying aggregates and other bulk materials. They can also be used in dewatering processes. These screens are equipped with two inertial drives mounted in the sieve walls and connected to electric motors by a flexible coupling. These screens can be equipped with WB inertial drives – recommended for closely spaced screens.
