Washing and dewatering equipment

Used for dewatering and recovering sand from sand slurry generated during the processing of mineral aggregates, as well as for operation with a suction-dredger (refuler).

A twin-shaft sword washer is a device used to wash gravel and sand mixtures with a granulation of up to 80 mm and a sand point of 25-30%, fed uniformly. Log washers achieve good dissolution of clay particles, with the exception of water-insoluble components. Furthermore, wood and other floating materials are washed away by a stream flowing in the opposite direction of the washed gravel and sand mixture.
